To join the bmibaby family as a cabin crew team member, you will need to be an exceptional and approachable team player who can deliver good customer service in a relaxed and friendly environment.
You will need bags of enthusiasm to perform a varied workload on a very tight schedule. A team member for bmibaby isn’t just a job, it’s also a demanding and unpredictable lifestyle that requires great commitment, flexibility and a positive character that can smile through any situation.

Our team members must be physically fit, standing between 5'2" and 6'.2" and at least 18 years of age. Educated to GCSE level, you should have 12 months experience in a customer facing role and the right to live and work indefinitely in the UK.

It is essential that satisfactory references are received. At interview, details of employment and personal referees for the last 5 years must be produced. References from current employers will not be requested unless a position is offered. Applicants will also be required to undertake a criminal record check and obtain a certificate that is acceptable to the company and regulatory authorities.
