Does Diamond Club work the same for bmi as bmibaby?

There is only one programme, Diamond Club. bmibaby is now a Diamond Club “miles partner”, so you can now earn and spend destinations miles when you're travelling with bmibaby.

How do I check the number of miles I have on my account?

Once you’re a Diamond Club member, you’ll be able to sign into your Diamond Club account online at flybmi.com/diamondclub and view your statements online. Simply sign in using your Diamond Club account number and the password you created when joining.

How do I spend my miles on bmibaby flights?

Simply call the Diamond Club call centre on 0844 8480808. They will be able to check availability for you and arrange the booking. Make sure you have sufficient destinations miles on your Diamond Club account before calling to book.

Who can I earn and spend miles with as a Diamond Club member?

In addition to bmi and bmibaby, you can also earn and spend miles with all members of the Star Alliance airline network (this includes United Airways, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Air Canada and many more), plus other partner airlines including Virgin and Qatar.
