bmibaby gives passengers the opportunity to purchase lounge
access for a fee to take advantage of complimentary refreshments
that are available at a selection of airports. Passengers who have
purchased lounge access are able to gain access 2 hours prior to
their departure time.
Bookings can be made online at bmibaby.com or via our
reservations line on 0905 8282828 (Calls cost 65p per minute from a
BT Landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks will be
considerably more). Lounges can be selected at the time of booking
or added at a later date for the appropriate fee. bmibaby lounge
access vouchers cannot be booked later than midnight on the day
before departure.
What details do I need to take to the lounge?
On completion of your booking you will receive a lounge access
voucher which you will need to click on and print. We will also
send you your lounge access voucher in your confirmation email.
Please print your lounge access vouchers and present it to the
staff upon arrival at the executive lounge. If you fail to present
your lounge access voucher at the executive lounge, you will be
denied access.
Facilities may vary by lounge. Lounge facilities include the
provision of an executive waiting area in the departure area of the
airport with seating and refreshment facilities normally
include:
a range of alcoholic beverages, wines, beers and spirits
(generally passengers are allowed two alcoholic beverages per adult
over 18)
a variety of soft drinks
tea and coffee
a choice of snacks (e.g. peanuts, cocktail biscuits etc.)
a range of magazines and newspapers; and telephones and
telefaxes which are for use at the passenger’s expense
If I am a Diamond Club member, am I entitled to complimentary
lounge access?
If you are travelling on a bmibaby flight you are not entitled
to complimentary lounge access. Please ensure you pre-purchase your
lounge access and present your lounge access vouchers at the lounge
in order to gain access to the lounge.
