Best for jaw-dropping scenery:
Bedruthan Steps
Legend has it that these incredible towering rock stacks were once a giant’s stepping-stones. Rugged to the extreme, watch the foaming Atlantic gnawing away at the rocks below. The crown of the Queen Bess rock stack toppled into the sea in 1980, so stay well away from the cliff edges (both above and below) at all times. The steep path down to the beach is closed between November and February, but it’s still worth a visit for the great walks and stunning vistas along the South West Coast Path.
