Booking cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?

bmibaby regrets that it is unable to offer refunds in the event of passengers being unable to fly owing to any change in personal circumstances, including but not limited to medical grounds. 

In the event of a bereavement of an immediate family member within 28 days of your intended travel date, bmibaby will offer a full refund for the affected passenger. A death certificate will be required to support the refund request. Any requests outside 14 days of travel cannot be processed by the airline and should be directed to your travel insurance company.

All claims will be assessed entirely at the discretion of bmibaby. bmibaby strongly recommends passengers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover them in such circumstances.
