• Online check-in is available from 16 days (24 hours in Geneva) up to 3 hours before scheduled departure time.

Each passenger must present a valid EU/EEA issued passport or photographic National ID at the departure gate

• Any passenger failing to present their printed boarding pass at airport security will be sent to the bmibaby check-in desks to be checked in by an agent

• No checked baggage is permitted when using online check-in. Passengers can carry one item of hand baggage per passenger with a maximum weight of 10kg. Hand baggage can not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm in size and should fit comfortably into the bmibaby airport hand baggage gauge. Hand baggage should not contain any prohibited items

• Passengers must be at the boarding gate 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for international flights and 30 minutes before departure for all domestic and republic of Ireland flights.

• If you check in online and do not present your online boarding card you will be charged a £11 airport check in fee.

• Please note that online check-in cannot be used by the following passengers: 

passengers travelling with baggage to be checked in

passengers travelling with infants

children travelling alone under our solo 7215 service

• Passengers wishing to use the online check-in facility for international flights (including Ireland West Knock and Cork) must add their APIS details prior to checking in online.

• Passengers using online check-in service and arriving at the boarding gate with oversized hand baggage or extra items will be required to pay a manual handling fee of £30 / €30 per item to be carried in the aircraft hold or they will be offloaded and will not be offered a refund.

• In the event of any flight disruption, delays or cancellations, the airline will make every effort to place passengers in the same or similar seats as selected, however this may not be possible.

• On arrival at the airport all passengers should check the airport departure screens to ascertain the departure gate number and any other useful information such as flight disruption, delays or cancellations.

• Please note a passenger can not change any details about their flight once they have checked in online.
